Shipping Policy

Our Policy:

We strive to get all orders processed and shipped out within 5 business days of the date we receive them. Unfortunately due to circumstances that are beyond our control, delays can happen from time to time. If you have any questions about the status of your order at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. This means that we have received the electronic info on our end and are working on getting it packed up. Please keep track of your order number. Once the shipment has been dropped off at the post office, you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped and is on its way.

Please Note:

We currently only ship within Canada and the U.S.A.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but encourage you to check back often as we are in the process of expanding our shipping zones.

We ship with Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times on domestic orders are currently between 3 and 7 business days.

Exceptions:

Items marked “Pre-Order” will have a set release date specified on their product page. This is typically the date on which a bulk order is placed for manufacturing, at which point we will be able to give you a better estimate on shipping timelines (depending on when we get the product in). We will keep you notified on the status of your order via email.
