Return Policy

Our Policy:

Not in love with your new artwork? Not to worry!

We’re happy to accept returns for up to 30 days from the date you receive your order!

If more than 30 days have passed since the date you received your order, you may still be eligible for an exchange.

Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. For apparel, items must not be washed or worn.

To complete your refund, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your unused item for a different size, style or colour, please contact our team via email and we’ll be happy to get it sorted out for you.

Please note: We are only able to offer straight exchanges on same-items of equal value.

For example:

– Exchanging apparel for a different size or colour, where the item is listed at the same price.

– Exchanging a print for a different design, where the item is listed at the same price.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on any item listed as “One of a Kind”, “Limited Edition”, or “Made-to Order”. To be eligible for a refund, these items must meet the above criteria.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping fees, unless otherwise agreed upon before hand.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

– Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Process:

To begin a return, please send us an email at info@saltysnail.ca. Upon reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the returned items.

Please note: Any items returned to us without prior confirmation will not be eligible for refund OR exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will send you an email confirmation and your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you are applying for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient as this may take a few days to fully process. If you are applying for an exchange, we will send you another email confirmation when your replacement is on its way.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saltysnail.ca.

Postal Damages:

If you’re unsatisfied with the way your product arrives in the mail, please let us know within 14 days by sending us photos as well as a detailed description of the damages incurred, and we’ll get you set up with a replacement at no cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
